In the Black Advisory Group is a collection of passionate professionals committed to supporting business growth. We have identified impediments and barriers that are prevalent in certain demographics in our community.
We deliver a 10 week coaching class performed by several expert advisors in the region to address these barriers in lack of information, resources, skill sets and funding.
Our Why
We believe that ALL entrepreneurs deserve equitable access to resources and coaching that is tailored to their unique challenges. Our mission is to disrupt the performative nature of current programs and create real opportunities for BIPOC, women-owned businesses and new businesses at our target threshold to grow, scale, and succeed.
We are not status quo - you will receive real life actionable information that most programs aren’t providing. Our goal is to break the one-size-fits-all programs to create a customized cohort that meets these businesses where they are and shows them how to achieve what they want in their entrepreneurial journey!

We realize that the health of their business directly impacts their mental health, and the quality of their network. and our community When they graduate, and put their newly learned skills into action, we know the vibrancy of the community they live and work in will improve. There is no program addressing these critical needs with this type of intentionality and passion. is unparalleled!
We are disrupting the norm! Our program doesn't end when you finish our course work, we have a collection of local businesses that will deliver in-kind services (for those that qualify) in accounting, payroll, talent acquisition, legal and estate planning. Our hope is to support these businesses for a period of time, to alleviate some cost, so they can allocate those savings to critical areas of their business that have been barriers in the past.
